We want to ensure trust funding and beneficiary designation are properly done. Please bring copies of the following to the seminar: 
1.  Recent complete statement for all Retirement Accounts (IRAs, Roths, 401(k)s, 403(b)s, etc.);
2.  Beneficiary designations as on record with the retirement account custodian(s);
3.  Recent complete statement for Investment Accounts (Brokerage, Certificate Shares, Book
     Entry shares, etc.);
4.  Recent statements for Bank Accounts (Checking, Savings, Money Market, CDs, etc.);
5.  Annuity Statements and Beneficiary Designations;
6.  Life Insurance (Policy and Beneficiary Designation);
7.  Promissory Notes (money owed to you) and any Assignments thereof; 
8.  Evidence of Ownership in a closely held business (Stock or Membership Certificate and copies 
     of any applicable transfer restrictions);
9.  Copy of most recent deed for any real estate; and 
10. Any other asset which has a title certificate or other evidence of ownership.
