About Matthew W. Goins (Matt)

Matthew W. Goins (Matt) is a graduate of Ohio University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (now known as the Cleveland State University College of Law). He is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and Ohio. Prior to joining Boyd & Boyd, P.C., he served as an Associate at Fitts, Olson, Giddings & Ferrara, P.L.C., where his practice focused on Trust & Estate Planning, Tax Law, and Business Entity Law (both corporate and non-corporate entities). He served as a Title IX Investigator and Officer for Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he investigated and enforced campus members’ civil rights and Title IX protections.

Matthew was lucky enough to have spent a summer working on Cape Cod during his undergraduate education, through a university sponsored artist exchange program, and is now honored to be a resident. Matthew looks forward to serving the members of the Cape Cod community.

He is a member of Interactive Legal community of Estate Planning and Wealth Transfer Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Barnstable Bar Association.
