Attorney F. Keats Boyd, Jr. (1936 - 2017), graduated cum laude from Holy Cross College, and received his doctorate in law from Stanford University. He has over 35 years of experience as a practicing estate planning attorney. Mr. Boyd is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, the United States Tax Court, US District Court of Massachusetts, the US Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court of the United States. His legal experience has earned him listings in  the "Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers", as well as the highest professional and ethical rating in Martindale-Hubbell's National Directory of Lawyers.

In 2012 he was named one of Boston’s Top Rated Lawyers.  In 2013 Mr. Boyd was named  one of New England's top rated lawyers in “ Legal Leaders."  In 2014 he was once again named one of Boston's Top Rated Lawyers in "Legal Leaders"

Attorney F. Keats Boyd, III, is a shareholder and President at the Law Offices of Boyd & Boyd, P.C. where he concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate, Trust & Retirement: Planning, Administration & Management, Asset Protection Planning, Business & Succession Planning, Charitable Planning, Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Tax Law and Trustee Services.  He is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross.  After serving in the US Air Force as a Captain he received his doctorate cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.  Mr. Boyd has been helping families handle and protect their estate related matters for over 20 years.  
His clients are from across the state, as well as up and down the eastern seaboard and from as far west as Arizona, California, Hawaii and Washington state.  Mr. Boyd is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, the United States Tax Court, the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.   Mr. Boyd has authored several articles and has contributed to Leimberg Information Services, Inc.

Attorney Tom WertmanAttorney Tom Wertman graduated from Pennsylvania State University and Magna Cum Laude from University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a Douglas Wood Merit Scholarship recipient and Daniel Webster Honors Scholar.  He is admitted to the Bar of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court of Massachusetts.  Tom previously worked for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and as a clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court. He has also volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, which prepares income tax returns for low-income individuals and families.



Attorney Bradford Curtis graduated with high honors from Colby College and obtained his Doctorate of Juris Prudence from Villanova University School of Law.  He is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts, and practiced in Litigation before joining Boyd & Boyd, P.C.  In his free time he is an avid outdoorsman and fly-fisherman.
